Bentonites
 


Bentonites are hydrated alumine silicates from the Montmorillonite group. All our bentonites meet very precise purity criteria.

They are selected according to their reactivity towards instable proteins found in must and wine.

Different formulations have been developed to the different needs, according to the type of wine with actions on de-proteinisation, filtrability improvement, wine clarification, lie content and the impact on wine discolouring.
