OUR SPECIFIC PRODUCT FOR CLARIFICATION, FINING AND THE TREATMENT AGAINST THE OXIDATION OF WHITE AND ROSE MUSTS AND WINES

The development of this range relies on our expertise concerning the efficiency and synergy of certain active materials for the treatment of white or rosé musts and wines. Used to clarify or fine must or wine, to prevent oxidation risks or fight against oxidation phenomena, they all have a positive impact on the finished wine orgaloleptic quality.

Clarisol
Elimination must and wine oxidated polyphenolic compounds. Casésol is constituted of casein while Clarisol doesn’t contain allergenic proteins. 1kg ; 5 kg ; 25 kg

Polygreen
Elimination oxidised and oxidable polyphenols of must and wine. Polycase contains caseine, Polygreen is a vegetal-based protein, allergen free and without casein. 1kg ; 5 kg ; 15 kg

Elimination oxidised and oxidable polyphenols and astringent characters of must and press wine. Polypresse contains caseine, not Polypresse AF 5 kg ; 15 kg
