The work of Martin Vialatte Oenologie R&D Department was also recognized, since the Allergen Free range was awarded the Innovation Special Prize. This range, based on vegetal proteins, does not contain casein or egg albumin. It is effective in fining or preventing and erasing the oxidation of musts and wines.
