As part of our food safety approach (HACCP), we analyse and control the biological, physical, chemical and allergen risks from raw materials and packaging to the finished products.

Tests are conducted at each stage of the process, according to the defined procedures, and guarantee the traceability and conformity of the manufactured oenological products.
