Martin Vialatte Oenologie selects and elaborates exceptional tannins. Easy-to-use tannins, able to respect our variety specificities while preserving your know-how.

We regularly reinforce our knowledge on characterisation and positionning of our tannins, and more specifically on the reasoning of the tannin use according to the grape polyphenolic maturity.

To perfect the wine balance, we have elaborated 3 formulations with a blend of tannins and inactivated yeasts in order to give structure and roundness to the wine and maintain the color level: 3 formulations adapted to 3 types of wine
