THE PROVGREEN RANGE

Thanks to the autorization of vegetal protein-plant products since late 2005, plant proteins offer a new generation of clarification and fining agents for musts and wines, which are real alternatives to animal-origin products.

The PROVGREEN range was developped by Martin Vialatte Oenologie following several years of research. In effect, it appeared important to be able to offer an efficient alternative to gelatines, while still guaranteeing consumer safety, in view of the suspicions concerning animal-origin products.


PROVGREEN, three formulae evolve towards "GLUTEN FREE" thus being exempt from labelling regulations.

From now on, PROVGREEN MUST, PROVGREEN WHITE and PROVGREEN RED are gluten free. Each of these new non allergenic plant-based fining agents have distinctive features: PROVGREEN MUST clarifies musts, PROVGREEN WHITE clarifies and refines white wines, PROVGREEN RED clarifies and softens red wines.
