RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

To know your wine, you must first know your grapes. The driving force behind our business of manufacturing oenological products, research is at the very heart of our evolution, focusing on the development of innovative oenological solutions adapted to the diverse needs of wine producers.

Our IRD (Innovation – Research and Development) department, led by a multidisciplinary team of researchers, conducts research by relying on specialised tools, such as a microbiology laboratory and an enzymology laboratory.

These human and financial resources allow us to develop oenological products as we strive to continuously enhance the processes involved in the art of wine-making through the use of oenological products.

To foster openness and dialogue, we collaborate with a wide network of international scientific partners – research institutions, technical hubs, and universities, to participate in the future of oenology.
