CASEINE SOLUBLE is a preventive or curative treatment agent for the oxidation of musts and wines. It has a particular affinity for oxidised polyphenols, or those likely to oxidise, and can therefore be used to decolourise yellowed white wines and reduce the maderised taste.

In years of botrytised harvests, CASEINE SOLUBLE, combined with adequate sulphiting, is the appropriate treatment for young white or red wines, which will stabilise them against oxidative damage.
