PRODUCT’S DESCRIPTION:
NEO® LEES is made of specific yeast hulls for ageing on lees.
OENOLOGICAL GOALS:
- To add volume to wines of all colours.
- To limit astringency and loss of colour over time.
- To completely replace natural lees, with no risk of organoleptic deviations.
