NUTRICELL® is a complex nutrient containing all the nutrients necessary for alcoholic fermentation, notably thiamine, mineral nitrogen and inactivated yeast. Added at the yeast stage or during AF, it effectively activates the start of AF and avoids sluggish fermentations in difficult conditions.
