ORIGIN FRESH is a new-generation fining product. Its PVI/PVP-based composition enables makes it possible to target and eliminate disruptive components found in must (heavy metals, oxidized/oxidizable polyphenols and quinones), and to preserve its potential. The presence of specific SIYs that are rich in reducing elements provides additional protection by acting as a buffer in oxidation-reduction mechanisms. The synergy between this copolymer and this specific yeast derivative ensures better longevity of the wines.
