POLYPRESSE AF is a complex of protein, mineral and carbon fining agents. It is applied to white or rosé musts that have been subjected to brutal mechanical action during the pre-fermentation phases or excessive exposure to air. POLYPRESSE AF fights against early oxidation phenomena in musts and reduces the astringent character at the end of the mouth.
