SO.FRUITY® is a natural yeast selected in the Beaujolais vineyards by the IFV (Institut Français de la Vigne et du Vin) under the code L1414.

SO.FRUITY® is perfectly suited to oenological processes intended for the production of young, fresh, fruity and supple red wines.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Revelation of the varietal fruit character of red grape varieties
  • Short to medium maceration (good extraction of anthocyanins and tannins)
  • Wine-making process with yeast-bacteria co-inoculation
