SUBLIFRESH was specifically developed to protect and reinforce the aromatic profile of white and rosé wines. SUBLIFRESH is a first choice tool to produce modern, powerful, complex and long lasting wines.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • SUBLIFRESH is used early, before yeast inoculation in order to protect the aromatic compounds that are released by the yeasts at the beginning of the alcoholic fermentation.
  • SUBLIFRESH can be used with white or rosé wines.
