Clarification

VIAZYM® CLARIF ONE is an enzymatic preparation derived from Aspergillus nigerand concentrated in pectinases (polygalacturonase, pectin methyl esterase, pectin lyase) for efficient and rapid clarification. The absence of cinnamoyl esterase in VIAZYM® CLARIF ONE prevents the formation of volatile phenols. VIAZYM® CLARIF ONE is available in liquid or powder form.
