REFLEX MALO® 360 is an Oenococcus oeni bacterium selected to conduct malolactic fermentation in red and white wines with limiting conditions (low pH, high alcohol, difficult grape varieties,…). REFLEX MALO® 360 is a ready-to-use bacterium and is suitable for both co-inoculation and post-fermentation inoculation.
