DELTAGREEN is a combination of plant proteins, PVPP and cellulose formulated for the treatment of oxidation in white and rosé musts and wines. DELTAGREEN reduces astringency and suppresses bitterness. It results in a low volume of lees, and therefore less wine loss. This product is very easy to use, it is used directly without prior rehydration in water.
