PROVGREEN® L100 is a pea protein solution concentrated to 100 g/L and stabilized by SO2, which is presented as a beige liquid.
PROVGREEN® L100 does not contain animal protein.
PROVGREEN® L100 also participates in the elimination of oxidised polyphenols in treated musts and wines.
