VIAZYM® FLUX is a liquid enzymatic preparation derived from Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma reesei, highly concentrated in pectinases and in cellulase and ß-glucanase activities. VIAZYM® FLUX helps the static clarification of raw wines and allows a clear improvement of the pre-bottling filterability. VIAZYM® FLUX results in a significant saving of filter media. The absence of cinnamoyl esterase in VIAZYM® FLUX prevents the formation of volatile phenols.
